What Is Human Services, Inc Weatherization Program?
The Low Income Weatherization Program was mandated by Congress to reduce the effect of higher heating costs of low income families and to cut energy consumption nationwide. Human Services, Inc (HSI) provides weatherization for Bartholomew, Johnson, Shelby, Decatur, and Jackson counties.
Human Services Inc., is a not for profit organization, providing leadership along with other organizations, families and individuals to help participants acquire the skills necessary to become self sufficient through intervention and education.
