NEED HELP PAYING FOR CHILDCARE? The Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) is designed to assist low income families in paying for the high cost of quality childcare. In order to qualify for assistance adult family members must meet one or more of the following service needs: Employment, attending an accredited training or educational program, including high school adult basic education or GED outside the home, or families in an approved TANF Impact activity Households who meet one or more of the service needs above must also be within the following income guidelines effective October 1, 2006: Size of family | Maximum Gross Income Per Month | 2 | $1,542 | 3 | $1,936 | 4 | $2,334 | 5 | $2,729 | 6 | $3,125 | 7 | $3,521 |
Add $381 For each additional household member Parents choose from a list of pre-approved providers that can be obtained from Childhood Connections who is the local resource & referral agency. Childhood Connections can be reached at 375-2208, if you need assistance finding an eligible provider.
