Owner Occupied Rehabilitation (OOR)

Qualifications: Must have an annual income at 80% of area median income or lowerHouseholds must have a member who is elderly, disabled, or a child under the age of 6

 

 

Eligible Properties: Occupant must own the property and use as their permanent residenceHome must be considered permanent and be on a permanent foundationHome must not be in a within the boundaries of the 100 year floodplain 

What Each Rehab Entails: Environmental Review / Historic Review completedScope of work to be performed it determinedLead assessment performedAppraisal of residence and closing completedWork completedLead clearance tests performedRehabilitation job complete 

Homeowner Can Expect: Affordability Period is 3 yearsWarranty of work for 1 year 

Waiting List:  currently the list is 3 to 5 years out
